BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
"Odessa Guide" accepts booking on the following conditions:
- How to book
- Fill "Check Availability" form and send it. We'll reply shortly with links to provide deposit if apartment is available.
- Provide deposit shortly after receiving our reply, otherwise selected apartment can be taken by someone else.
- Apartment is considering as booked after deposit is placed.
- Booking Rates.
- Deposit is counting as 15% of the total amount, but not less than a 1 night stay fee.
- Deposit is unrefundable, so, be sure you booked your flights tickets before making a reservation.
- The balace must be paid on the arrival day with cash.
- Booking Terms.
- We accept advanced booking of the certain apartment if you are going to stay for 4 or more nights.
- If you plan to stay for 1, 2 or 3 nights only, contact us 2-3 days before arrival and we’ll arrange accommodation for you. Availability guaranteed.
- If you plan to stay for 4 or 5 nights contact us 7-10 days before arrival and check availability of the apartment that you like. We’ll answer with links to provide deposit.
- Check In/Check Out.
- Check in time is 13:30, check out time is 12:00. If your arrival time is earlier than 13:30 and if we have a chance to let you get into apartment earlier we'll do it with pleasure. However if you would like to be 100% sure that you get into apartment on the early arrival, please, consider booking the previous night. Same condition is for the check out time.
- Inclusions. All services and facilities listed on the certain apartment page are included into a price. Any other services have to be paid additionally.
- Cancellation policy.
- Booking cancelled by the customer.
- Bookings cancelled 30 days or over will attract a 50% booking and administration fee.
- For bookings that are cancelled less than 30 days prior to Occupancy there will be no refund.
- Booking cancellation (by the owner).
- In the unlikely event that the owner of an apartment has to cancel a confirmed booking, we at "Odessa Guide" will make every effort to find you alternative accommodation of the same standard within the dates you have chosen.
- Should this not be possible or not acceptable to you, we will refund all moneys paid within two days of the date on which we notify you of the cancellation.
- Changing Your Bookings. We reserve the right to treat a change of a booking of an accommodation as a cancellation. However, we will do our best to allow you to make a change to your booking at the lowest possible cost by negotiating with the owner(s) of the accommodation.
